The Occupational Medicine Center of Italian university "La Sapienza" of Rome, needed to redesign and to expand its software system, in order to manage the outpatient ordinary activities, devoted to prevention and health surveillance its staff.

Eurokleis has developed a back office software system consisting mainly of five elements:

• the first part deals with the occupational health (Legislative Decree no. 81/08)
  the second is related to the managing register of radio exposure (Legislative Decree no.230/95)
  the third part deals with the management of inspections
  the fourth is related to the emergency teams
  the latest software is developed to manage the logging of incoming and outgoing documents.

In addition to the development of the software, Eurokleis has remapped the business processes of the Center, in order to optimise them and to obtain the best results in terms of  services' timing.

The system is entirely developed in PHP and Apache optimized for the Microsoft Windows platform. The reference DBRMS is  mySQL.
